About Me
Hi, I'm Laura Donohoe, BA (Hons) Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I am a dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist with a robust educational foundation, holding a degree in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School. With a deep understanding of psychological theory and therapeutic techniques, I provide a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and address emotional, psychological, and relational challenges.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on a range of evidence-based methodologies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approaches, and person-centred therapy.
I work collaboratively with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals. With a focus on fostering self-awareness, emotional resilience, and personal growth, I aim to empower clients to navigate life's complexities with confidence and clarity.

Throughout my practice, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals, including those managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
I am committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards and continuously developing my skills through ongoing professional development.

I believe in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship and am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to healing and self-discovery.
